How quickly do you respond to estimate requests?
We respond within 2 business hours during our operating hours of Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm MT. Requests submitted after hours or on Sunday are responded to first thing the next business day.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site estimate is completely free with no obligation. We come to your property, assess the concrete, measure the space, and give you a written quote. There is no charge for the visit and no pressure to book.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, Caldwell, Garden City, and Star, along with surrounding areas in Ada and Canyon counties. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, call us and we'll let you know right away.
What should I prepare before your estimator arrives?
Clear the floor as much as possible so we can assess the full concrete surface. If your garage has shelving or storage near the floor, moving it helps us give you an accurate quote. You don't need to do any cleaning -- we'll assess the concrete as-is.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 25% deposit to schedule your installation date. The remainder is due upon completion of the work.
How do I pay for epoxy flooring services?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected in two parts: 25% deposit to book, balance due at job completion.
Can I get a ballpark price over the phone?
We can give you a rough range over the phone based on your square footage and the type of system you're interested in. For an accurate quote, an on-site visit is required because surface condition and prep needs vary significantly and affect the final price.
What if I need to reschedule my estimate?
No problem. Call us at REPLACE_TRACKING_NUMBER and we'll find a new time that works. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can fill your slot with another customer.
